After weeks, or better months of intensive thinking, developing, testing, writing, taking pictures and dealing with a lot of technical issues, we are very proud to present you our brand new website. Our old site was developed for Gillio in 2009, so it was time for a facelift & a totally new design. Together with our webdevelopers, our entire team has been working really hard on this project!

We have tested every possible transaction, process and exception we could think of, but we still need to dot some i's. As it is as brand new for you as it is for us, please excuse any bugs you might still find: you'd be a great help to us if you'd let us know of any dead links or technical errors you encounter, so we can take care of them immediately! Email them to ben@gillio.eu and we'll have a look at it.

For now, only our 'most important' products are on the site. We had to re-take a lot of pictures, and manually creating every reference in every colour takes some time. So we are updating the products as we go. Of course, the organisers & agendas have all been taken care of. First things first!

If you are missing an item that you'd like to order in the near future, please email Steve (steve@gillio.eu) and he'll move it to the top of the priority list when possible :-)

What new and exciting things can you discover on our brand new site?

- Responsive design: our new website automatically adapts to your screen size / resolution - whether you are surfing from a desktop computer or laptop, a tablet or your mobile phone!

Realtime stock updates - accurate to the second. A very large improvement to see the actual Gillio stock in realtime on our site!

- Also, don't forget to use our "e-mail me when an item is back in stock" function! When a specific colour or style is not available, you can leave us your e-mail address on that product page. That way, we can inform you once that item is restocked, or when it can be preordered (with an estimated delivery date of 30 days or less!). We will also be using this function to see where the highest demands are, and adjust production accordingly. So by filling it out, you are helping us plan with our artisans!

- A novelty on this new site is the possibility to filter all our articles on whatever criteria you want. Only black epoca? Only pocket size? Everything red and under 300€? You name it. This filtering will make navigating our site a lot easier.

- You can also filter on 'best selling', 'price', 'most recent' or even on 'name'!

- Have you had a chance to discover our new lookbook section yet? A fun new way to discover item from our collection - you can click on every Gillio item in the pictures to discover the name of the article, the colour and the price, plus a link to its information page. We hope the pictures will inspire you!

- You can change the currency on our website to USD, EURO, POUND and YEN. These currencies are updated every day to give you an idea of the price in your own currency! Please note, they are for information purposes only (to get an idea of the price) - you will be billed in Euro on your invoice.

- You will see product sets suggested around our site with very interesting discounts!

- Are you buying an organiser or a writing folio which comes with a free Classico Ballpoint pen? You can now choose the colour you want from a convenient drop-down menu!

- Our new Customer Zone will certainly improve your shopping experience at Gillio: you can see your recent orders, see what is still pending and even see an estimated shipping date on all of your pending orders.

- If you still have an open order and you place a second one, our ordering page will ask if you want to combine them. This only works (of course) if the customer account AND the delivery address are identical! You will get two options: ship them together (only when everything is available) so you won't be charged a second shipping fee; or ship ASAP (don't wait for your pending order to come in first) but be charged a seperate shipping fee. Are you unsure about the delivery times or availability of your outstanding orders? Contact Gillio Customer Service first!

- All of your orders are processed automatically (they needed to be invoiced manually before this update) - this way, our employees can ship your orders out even faster than before. Orders, and prices, are final - even more so than before. The risk of mistakes is reduced to a minimum. Are you doubting about a price, contact our customer service BEFORE you place your order - this way, we can ensure that your order will be processed as smoothly as possible.
