TERMS & CONDITIONS: SETS WITH MONTBLANC ITEM

-      these sets are valid from Monday, Augustus 2nd 2021, 2PM CET until Monday, Augustus 9th 2021, 2PM CET
-      the "free" Montblanc item is calculated as a discount on the total value of your set. If you choose items priced higher than regular epoca (e.g. croco or ostrich leather) you will receive even more discount than the value of the Montblanc item. Therefor, if you send an item back for a refund, the refund will be calculated on the price you paid for the item - not the catalogue price. 
-      you cannot combine this order with a discount code; your order will immediately be cancelled and refunded if you combine with any other promotion;
-      the set must be generated from the set-page, not added to your basket as individual items, for the free item to be applicable
-      the promotion is only valid on new orders;
-      the promotion is only valid on new orders placed on www.gillio.eu for end-consumers - not valid in our retail stores - not valid for our dealers;
-      if you cancel a previous order to re-order with this promotion, please note that your order goes back to the end of the queue and the item reserved for you goes back in stock; we cannot guarantee that it will still be available for you when your new order is processed;
-      IMPORTANT: make sure you fill out all the fields of your order correctly, and use the correct set generator. We cannot make any changes to incoming orders. A request to change individual items into a set afterwards, change an address or phonenumber or add a different pen for example, will result in cancellation and refund of your order so you can re-enter it.

IMPORTANT: if you return part of your set order, your Montblanc item is no longer free and you have to choose one of two options:
- you return one of more items and send the Montblanc gift item back as well. We will refund you for what you were charged for those two items.
- you return one or more items and keep the Montblanc gift item. Its value will be deducted from your refund. If what you were charged for the planner was less than the value of the Montblanc item, you will be charged the difference.
