IT ISSUES SOLVED: WEBSHOP ONLINE AGAIN
Our IT department worked all night and finally succeeded to solve the issues. All yesterdays order confirmations have been sent out in the meantime. Your order can be followed from now on in the "My account" zone. We kindly ask you to carefully check your order.
The webshop is ONLINE from now on. 

Again we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you! Any further questions can be forwarded to our customer service (helpdesk@gillio.eu). We will evaluate every mail, suggestion, complaint in order to optimize our customer services in the future.

GILLIO WEBSHOP OFFLINE AND ORDER ISSUES
Due to the unseen high traffic on the website today, some issues with the website came to light.
Some confirmation mails from today's successfully proceeded orders haven't been sent out. Those orders cannot be followed either in the "My account" section. Our IT department is working nonstop to solve the issues. But unfortunately it’s more difficult than we expected it would be! In the meantime our webshop is still offline. Once the site is up and running again we will check all orders and every successful order will be confirmed via e-mail afterwards so check your mailbox on a regular basis and make sure our e-mails do not end up in your SPAM folder.

We keep you posted as soon as we have more information!
